Welcome to my page. My name is Debbie Gordon, and I am dedicated to supporting women and children who have experienced trauma and grief. My goal is to help you transition from barely functioning to thriving, rediscovering meaning and purpose in your life. As a Grief and Trauma Coach, I guide my clients in regaining their footing, processing their emotions, and finding effective ways to cope.

My Journey

My personal journey through grief began at the age of 22, following the traumatic death of my boyfriend, who drowned. I was young and unprepared for the intense sorrow that engulfed me. For decades, I struggled to understand and heal from my pain. It wasn't until I embarked on my own recovery journey that I began to find healing, and the doors to my dreams started to unfold.

At the age of eight, I also experienced a traumatic event that kept me trapped in a web of shyness, preventing me from stepping into the dreams God had for my life. This belief that I had to stay small and quiet to stay safe hindered the plans God had for me. Coaching helped me overcome this traumatic event and step into God's plans and dreams for my life.

These experiences have profoundly shaped my approach to Grief and Trauma Coaching. I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming grief can be, and I understand the deep challenges posed by trauma. My journey taught me that healing is possible, but it is much more challenging and difficult without the support of others. This realization inspired me to become a Grief and Trauma Coach.

I believe in walking alongside my clients through their darkest times, offering guidance and support as they navigate their pain. My coaching focuses on providing small, incremental steps to help you:

I am passionate about helping women and children live with more joy than pain, and I am committed to supporting you on your journey toward healing and transformation.
